Mera Bali

Kishangarh is a city and a municipality in Ajmer district in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Mr. Bhagirath Choudhary is current MLA for the period from 2013-2018. He also served previously in 2003-2008. It lies 18 miles north-west of Ajmer. It is well connected via Indian Railways and National Highway 8. It is the birthplace of the Kishangarh style of painting, which is known for the beautiful depiction of a courtesan known as Bani Thani. In recent years, Kishangarh has come to be known as the marble city of India. It is purported to be the only place in the world with a temple of nine planets.
Kishangarh State was founded by the Jodhpur prince Kishan Singh in 1609.Prior to the rule of Kishan Singh this area was ruled by Maharaja Samokhan Singh who was a distant relative of Kishan Singh's family and grandfather of Naubat Khan. The ruling family of Kishangarh and the family of Naubat Khan had close ties.Maharaja Samokhan lost to the forces of Akbar and his grandson Naubat Khan was kept under house arrest.Naubat Khan later accepted Islam.

Savant Singh (reigned 1748-1757) and Bani Thani in the Guise of Krishna and Radha Cruising on Lake Gundalao, Kishangarh. Kishangarh was the capital of the eponymous princely state during the British Raj, which was located in the Rajputana Agency. It had an area of 2210 km² (858 miles²) and a population in 1901 of 90,970. This figure for population represented a decrease of 27% over the census figure of 1891, something presumably attributable to the famine of 1899-1900. The state enjoyed an estimated revenue of Rs.34,000/- and paid no tribute to the British Raj. In 1840, Prithvi Singh, became the 15th Maharaja of Kishangarh, and reigned till his death in 1879, after which he was succeeded by his son, Sardul Singh. Maharaja Madan Singh ascended the throne in 1900 at the age of sixteen, at a time when the state was reeling from the impact of a devastating drought. The administration under him and his diwan was widely deemed worthy of approbation; irrigation from tanks and wells was extended and factories for ginning and pressing cotton were started. A social reform movement for discouraging excessive expenditure on marriages made remarkable impact during his reign. Brijraj Singhji. The town of Kishangarh has a palace-hotel known as PhoolMahal and a Fort. The city also has a large lake known as the Gond Talav. There are many picnic and religious places situated at the banks of Gond Talav such as Mukham Vilas and Bhairu Ghat. The city also have a small temple of nine planets known as NavGarh. The Kishangarh Fort is being surrounded by canal that was built by Kishan Singh.

CHRISTMAS
This is the day of happiness and joy,
When Santa comes and distributes some toy,
In mid night, with the dim moonlight,
He came to our window
And put the gift inside the socks hanging there,
We had a cake in our party of three layers,
Each and everyone showed happiness and cheer,
For the welcoming of the New Year,
We kept the Christmas trees in our halls,
With hanging on them the beautiful glittering balls,
The star was shining a lot,
Happiness and fun together it brought,
This day comes in December,
Each and every one should remember.
So what is this? This is the Christmas day.
Merry Christmas
May Santa give you the gift of happiness and joy this Christmas!

Internet has tolled the death of family life
Good morning,
One and all present here.
Respected Chairperson, honorable Judges, Principal Sir, teachers and all my dear friends.
Today I am here to speak for the motion that Internet has tolled the death of family life.
First of all what is family? The meaning of family is a closer relationship of near and dear ones. It’s not easy to maintain a family we need to put in a lot of love to create a bond, and more than that invest time to keep this relationship alive.
Do you know how Lifestyle was during earlier decades?
During early decades in each family there was a pattern of Lifestyle set. All woke up early, had breakfast together, and then left for your own course. Example father to work kids to school and mother doing household course. But evening time was family time, when all came back home and would spend quality time together over dinner, discuss important things and also casual talks. This kept each and every member of the family connected to each other and had closed bonding. There used to be on special occasions and festivals, a family get together where all your close relatives came together and met physically. Relations like grandparents, uncles, aunts, siblings, etc were known to the smallest member in the family. people use to visit in case if any family member was sick or in case of happiness example Birthday, Anniversary or welcoming a new baby in the family tree. This all is so good to hear. But do we relate this to ourselves in this modern? word the answer is mostly no. But why where has the true values of family life been lost.
Think back of a day in your present life. We don't wake up by our mothers call. It’s mostly the alarm that rings and the first thing we do is browse through Internet that is Face book or Whats app and wish ‘Good Morning’ to the world of close friends we have created through modernization. But in this course we forget to wish personally to our own family members staying with us or maybe if someone has yet some values he may mark a forward to his parents or siblings too. In earlier times children used to get moral values from their parents and grandparents. But now they are getting from internet and sometimes get wrong information thinking it to be right. Thus in this way they do not get any moral values at all. All the members are so busy over internet that is their imaginary world that they tend to forget that there are real people around them who need their attention. Gone are the days when we used to call people to wish them. But now it's another a message done in a matter of seconds and that's it. We all chat for hours online but at dinner time each member is busy over his or her on mobile phone. No casual talks a personal sharing of facts of life then how will the family bonding be strong ? And what kind of family life do we expect?
I'll tell you the story of a person living in today's modern and imaginary world. He had
1258 Facebook friends
512 Twitter followers
550 WhatsApp friends.
Still when he was in the hospital only his wife his parents and his children were there outside the ICU.So friends, it's my humble request to all of you that come out of the imaginary and virtual world and try to spend more and more time with your family and then you will get the most beautiful happiness from heart. We all are so addicted to Internet that we give more time to people online than the one staying with us under the same roof.
No doubt Internet has many advantages however 1 major disadvantage of using Internet is that it has been a toll and led to the death of family life.Thank You.-Muskan Rathod/ X/ TH.
Dreaming Success
A dream is a hope, a wish and an aspiration. Dreams are our ultimate destination, which represents what and why in our life. People always shy away from following their dreams. This is because they doubt their success.  They are always pulled down with the fear of failure. If we are confident and do not lose faith in ourselves, then we can attain success easily and fulfill our dreams. If we build castles in the air, we should make solid foundation underneath first, then they will not be lost. The foundation should be in the form of hard work, perseverance and determination. If a mountain of troubles comes your way, don't sit to cry, but instead try and try. Dream is your right, but for that it is your duty to struggle. To achieve the sky and to fly, will power is what you need. Don't forget the words of William Arthur ‘If you can dream it, you can become it. -Kinjal Rao/ IX/ DH

The Bhangarh Fort is a 17th-century fort built in the Rajasthan state of India. It was built by Man Singh I (one of the navratans of Akbar's court) for his younger brother Madho Singh I. It was named by Madho Singh after his grandfather Man Singh or Bhan Singh.A new village of Bhangarh with a population of 1,306 in 200 households has developed outside the limits of the fort as there is fear of ghosts haunting the old city. The fort and its precincts are well preserved. The Bhangarh Fort is located on the border of the Sariska Reserve in the Aravali range of hills in Alwar district of Rajasthan. The nearest village is Golakabaas. The fort is situated at the foot of the hills on sloping terrain. The ruins of the King’s palace are located on the lower slopes of the hills; trees surround the pond area and a natural stream falls into the pond within the premises of the palace.
The fort is located 235 kilometres (146 mi) from Delhi and the approach to the entrance gate of the fort in the last 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) stretch of the road is an unpaved road. The fort is 20 miles (32 km) from Thana Ghazi. There are two legends narrated to the history of the fort city, which is reported to be haunted, and no one is allowed to remain in the precincts of the fort at night, per a notice board put up by the Archaeological Survey of India at the entrance. One version of the legend is that a sadhu named Baba Balak Nath lived within the fort area. It was his injunction that any houses built in the precincts of the fort should not be taller than his house, and if the shadow of any such house fell on his house, it would result in destruction of the fort town.
In another version, N.K. SINHAI, the wizard who was adept in black magic fell in love with Ratnavati, the princess of Bhangarh who was very beautiful and had suitors to marry her from many royal families of the country. One day the princess, 18 years of age, went shopping with her friends and was buying Ittar (scent). The wizard saw this and replaced the scent with a love potion in order to ensnare the princess. He offered the potion to her so that she would take a liking to him and marry him. However, the princess saw through the wizard's trickery, and when he offered her the bowl of potion, she threw it onto a big boulder nearby. As a result, the boulder started rolling down towards the wizard and crushed him. Before he died, he cursed that Bhangarh would be destroyed soon and no one would be able to live within its precincts. Subsequently, Bhangarh Fort was invaded by the Mughals from the north and the city was surrounded and sacked; 10,000 people lived in the fort city at that time. All the people in the fort, including the princess, were killed. The present state of the fort is attributed to the curse of the wizard and people believe the ghosts in the fort are that of the princess and the wizard.
Entering through the MAIN gate of the completely ruined fort city - now called the "Bhoot Bangla" meaning "House of Ghosts" - gives an eerie feeling that is not proved. Within the fort, at the main entry, one can find temples, palaces and havelis. In addition, there are four more gates of entry to the fort – the Lahori Gate, the Ajmeri Gate, the Phulbari Gate and the Delhi Gate. At the entrance of the main gate, are many Hindu temples such as Hanuman Temple, Gopinath Temple, Someshwar Temple, Keshav Rai Temple, Mangla Devi Temple, Ganesh Temple and Navin Temple. The Gopinath Temple is built above a 14 ft raised plinth and yellow stones are used for the exquisite carvings of the temple.
The residence of the priest called the Purohitji Ki Haveli is located in the precincts of the temple complex. Next in order is the Nachan Ki Haveli (dancer's palace) and Jauhari Bazar (market place) followed by the Gopinath Temple. The Royal Palace is located at the extreme end of the fort’s limits. The temples dedicated to Hanuman and Shiv Mahadev are very elegant but need to be preserved. However, they are built in the style of cenotaphs rather than temples. Jhirri marble has been used in their construction but presently covered by white wash. The Muslim tomb found outside the gate of the fort is reported to be that of one of the sons of King Hari Singh.

Impact of media on society
Present time is the age of media. Modern man is changing very fast and media has become a necessary part of his life. From last three decades it has been playing an effective role to change man physically and mentally. It has brought about revolutionary changes in the social, cultural and economic standard of man.
In India television has much influence on society rather than computer, internet, newspaper and radio. In 21st century, most of the middle class families have television at their homes. Mostly television has made a bad impact on children's character and spoiled their life.
Now children are more likely to play video and computer games rather than playing football, cricket, basketball etc. in the fields. So they are weakening physically.
Most of the program on T.V ignores our culture and moral values and children are not learning anything from them. Today, there is no program on T.V. that entire family can watch together. The kids get affected they live in a fantasy world and want to imitate those good looking people on Television. They are getting extremely figure conscious which is not good for growing bodies. The children are accepting the ideas and suggestion which are presented on T.V. They are losing their own thoughts.
Although it is right that media is providing information about whole universe but in pursuing of modernity. We are losing our power of thinking and forgetting our own culture and civilization, so the future in the context of media and entertainment seems rather negative from all possible angles.

Cricket
My best game is cricket
Because I love to take wicket.
In a cricket match
Every player wants to take catch.
Between two teams there is a toss
And one of the team loss.
Using a bat like a gun
We have to score many run.
 All the people shout
When any player is out.
It’s rules are very easy
To see it people are busy.
All over the world it is playing
To gain something.
Many people want to play
And I also want to play so I always pray.

Hawa Mahal means "Palace of Winds" or "Palace of the breeze". This palace is in Jaipur, so named because it was essentially a high screen wall built so the women of the royal household could observe street festivals while unseen from outside. Constructed of red and pink sandstone, the palace sits on the edge of the City Palace, and extends to the zenana, or women's chambers. The structure was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. He was so intimidated and inspired by unique structure of Khetri Mahal and he built the grand and historical Hawa Mahal. It was designed by Lal Chand Ustad in the form of the crown of Krishna, the Hindu god. Its unique five-storey exterior is akin to the honeycomb of a beehive with its 953 small windows called jharokhas decorated with intricate latticework. The original intention of the lattice was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life in the street below without being seen, since they had to obey strict "purdah" (face cover). The lattice also allows cool air from the Venturi effect (doctor breeze) through the intricate pattern, air conditioning the whole area during the high temperatures in summers.
The palace is a five-storey pyramidal shaped monument that rises 50 feet from its high base. The top three floors of the structure have a dimension of one room width while the first and second floors have patios in front of them. The front elevation, as seen from the street, is like a honeycomb web of a beehive, built with small portholes. Each porthole has miniature windows and carved sandstone grills, finials and domes. It gives the appearance of a mass of semi-octagonal bays, giving the monument its unique façade. The inner face on the back side of the building consists of need-based chambers built with pillars and corridors with minimal ornamentation, and reach up to the top floor. The interior of the Mahal has been described as "having rooms of different coloured marbles, relieved by inlaid panels or gilding; while fountains adorn the centre of the courtyard". Its cultural and architectural heritage is a true reflection of a fusion of Hindu Rajput architecture and the Islamic Mughal architecture; the Rajput style is seen in the form of domed canopies, fluted pillars, lotus and floral patterns, and the Islamic style as evident in its stone inlay filigree work and arches (as distinguished from its similarity with the Panch Mahal - the palace of winds - at Fatehpur Sikri)
Hawa Mahal was also known as the chef-d'œuvre of Maharaja Jai Singh as it was his favourite resort because of the elegance and built-in interior of the Mahal. The cooling effect in the chambers, provided by the breeze passing through the small windows of the façade, was enhanced by the fountains provided at the centre of each of the chambers.

The topography of Sariska supports scrub-thorn arid forests, rocky landscapes, dry deciduous forests, rocks, grasses and hilly cliffs. This area was a hunting preserve of the Alwar state and it was declared a wildlife reserve in 1955. In 1978, it was given the status of a tiger reserve making it a part of India's Project Tiger. The present area of the park is 866 km2. The park is situated 106 km from Hindaun, 107 km from Jaipur and 200 km from Delhi. The area of Sariska, being a part of the
