STARS THIS WEEK
STUDENT: Kinjal Rao/XII was selected as the Student this Week. She shared her views on the importance of tests and examinations. She shared that "A lot can be said about the use of tests to examine students at schools and universities and it is important as a tool to understand the level of the students and the effectiveness of the teaching methods. The first important point is that tests and examination check the level of information which students manage to learn. The exams usually cover the area taught at school. So if the students answer them correctly it means that the teaching is successful. It motivates students to study more."
EDUCATOR: Mr Kishore Kumar was selected as the Educator this Week. He shared his views on the essence of music. He told the difference between Indian and Western music and even said that it can cure our pains and make our mind more calm and peaceful.
He shared that music is something that makes us happy and feels positive. The power of music helps to heal mental and physical pain. We all should listen to soft music which helps our mind to be positive.

ED: Which was your batch year?
DS: 2008
ED: Which were your favourite classes?
DS: My favourite class during School years was Class VIII.
ED: What do you think about the School Campus and extracurricular activities?
DS: According to me as a student, I was always fond of sports which included football in the first place other than that I liked the supportive nature of my teachers.
ES: How did the school prepare you for the career?
DS: These days I am running my own business. Running a business is not easy you must be prepared in every situation and these all qualities of handling every situation are embedded in me by my teachers and my School.
ES: Which was your favourite spot in the School?
DS: My favourite spot in school was the forest area.
ED: Did you participate in any activities? Mention them.
DS: I used to participate in activities like sports events, literature related competitions and many more.
ED: What message would you like to give to the students?
DS:  Be punctual towards what you are doing and dream big.
STAFF: Staff congratulated School Executive Mr. Sandeep Dutt and Ms. Neenu Dutt on the wedding of their daughter Devanjali. Staff sent their best wishes to the newly wedded couple.
NEWS & EVENTS
Tuesday, 5th March: Final Examination for Classes Nursery to VIII  began from 5th March. School is going through very serious times of exam. Students hardly run around and play. The teachers are busy in correction work . Children were seen nervous for their first final examination. Best of Luck to all of them for the rest of the papers. The Fabindia School Executive Director, Mr Sandeep Dutt and his wife Mrs Neenu Dutt visited the school and gave their best wishes to students for their examinations.
Wednesday, 6th March: The school welcomed their new SMC Members to help them towards the development of the School. They bid farewell to their exceptionally dedicated outgoing members and expressed deep gratitude for the work they had done in the past years.
Thursday, 7th March: Board Exams for Class X started that day. They went to KLPS Lodha Public School escorted by Mr Usman Gani & Mr Jaffar Khan to give their exams which were their board centre. Principal Mrs Rajeshree Shihag wished them Best of Luck by giving her blessings. Then they took blessings from their teachers also.
Friday, 8th March: On the occasion of International Women's Day, female teachers shared their views about this day. Students of Classes I to VIII were on a study leave.Ms. Swati Sood recited a poem. The students briefed about women's day that it is not a one-day celebration. It is our regular contribution that how we respect our mother, sister or any women around us. Ms Jigyasa Gujjar added that we all should respect every woman around us to make them feel special. A very Happy Women's Day to all the women.
