Once upon a time there was a pond. In that pond, there was a school of fish. In that school, there were many fishes. They were living together very happily. After some days in the pond little water was left. All fishes were in trouble. They all thought that they would not be able to live longer and would be finished in a few days. But one fish was courageous. She thought that they could save their life by jumping into another pond. All fishes didn't agree with her. But she didn't lose her courage. She tried to jump again and again. Finally, she got success and reached another pond and saved her life. In this way, other fish also imitated the same and saved their lives.
Moral- Once you have courage, you can accomplish anything in life.
Last but not the least, courage is not having the strength to go on. It is going on when you don't have strength.

Co-operation
Among the great mid of the 21st century, cooperation is the ability to balance one's own needs with someone else. Cooperation can make the difference between success and failure for many businesses. Cooperation is a part of learning to overcome challenges together. It is the process of groups of organisms working or acting together to achieve the results of their goals. All the games that you play are mainly based on teamwork. You can't play basketball, football, etc without a team. Cooperation is required to win in any game. During Covid-19, we all cooperated & collaborated with each other and displayed teamwork like staying at home, wearing a mask, keeping social distancing and it has given us a result. This wouldn't have happened without the teamwork and cooperation of all doctors, nurses, police, government officials. Due to the cooperation of each and every citizen, we were able to win this battle. It is very important in our lives in every field like - Family, School, Sports, Job, etc. The main principles of cooperation are - Self-help, Self-responsibility, democracy, equality, and many more.Bineeta Sonigara/ VIII B
Courage
Courage is the ability to control fear in any situation. It is a necessity to overcome fear and achieve the desired goal. There is no hero or any particular courageous figure that is without fear. Being fearless is not considered to be courageous, one simply has to look past or overcome their fears to possess this great quality.Once upon a time there was a pond.

True Learning Liberates
True learning liberates refers to the learning which is free from all bounds. It might refer to education or knowledge from elsewhere which helps in experiences and make us grow and mature in thoughts. It refers to the overall development of the learners who should take initiatives to lessen the gap which has been created between theoretical study and applying it practically. As their knowledge increases it will help them further to gain experiences. The knowledge they gain would be free from any disturbances, i.e., will be liberal.
A myth that learning can only be gained in school should be replaced by free thinking. Schools and institutions just provide a platform for education.
Free liberty of learning can be gathered from anywhere not necessarily from such educational institutions.

Appreciation
Appreciating someone leads him/her to do more and achieve more. Appreciation can make anyone happy and cheerful. If we will appreciate someone then it will make him/her happy and active to do more innovative and creative things. Appreciating someone for their good deeds will help them to do their best. When someone gets appreciation, the others also get inspired and try to do something for which they will also receive appreciation. Appreciation doesn't mean that we only have to cheer the person but to share his/her proud feeling with ourselves and others. Getting appreciated for small deeds can lead to great success in life. Always try to do something or the other which cheers you up and for what others can appreciate you too. For example, when a teacher appreciates the students, they get motivated and try to do more. Appreciating someone is like making them realize that they have done a good job. Everybody wants to be appreciated either by their parents, friends, teachers or the society. If someone has done something kind then appreciate him/her even if you don't know them. Appreciation can change someone's life. If we praise someone for their work then it can increase the confidence of the receiver. If we praise someone now then they will do their best in the future. So, always appreciate people and make them happy. At last, "Appreciating someone's efforts is not an act that makes you feel shy but it's an act that proves your character."Arjun Vaishnav/ X A
Helping Others
Helping is one of the most important virtues in human life. There is a quote that goes, "If we help others then they will also help us at the time of need". We should develop a helping nature in our heart and mind.Helping people makes us know how to socially interact with people. By just our small help, people would be able to overcome obstacles that they may be facing from a lot of days. Helping people gives happiness to us and also to those whom we are helping. People will give blessings to us and will feel proud of us.
As Karma says, if we show concern for others, we will get it back. This feeling helps give another level of satisfaction to our heart and mind.
"Help People, God will help you."

*Build your attitude*
"You just take care of your attitude and
your attitude will take care of everything"
The word attitude means the way that you think and feel and behave in any situation. There are two types of attitude: positive attitude and negative attitude. Negative one will destroy you while a positive one raises you in life in such a way that you can achieve everything in your life.Does any of your work get successful or not it depends on how you do it? As one great man said, " Successful people don't do different things, they do the same thing differently". Let's talk about Virat Kohli. There are many cricketers in the world but no one is like Virat Kohli because of his only quality 'different attitude' . When asked, what is the reason why you give such a good performance in every match? It happens in a rare chance that you get out on a low run. Then he replied, "Whenever I go on a strike to play, I only play with the attitude that this is the last match of my life. Whatever I have to do, I have to do in this match. If I play in this match, I will be successful. I will become a big cricketer and if I get out on a low score in this match, then I will be out of the team. That's why I play every match considering it as my last opportunity." Similarly, If all of us also copy this attitude, then we too can do our best in our field. If a student adopts this attitude then he can top every exam, If a fresher adopts this attitude, he will never be rejected in an interview, If a salesman adopts this attitude. When your attitude is perfect then all your work automatically becomes perfect. That's why it is said that you just take care of your attitude and your attitude will take care of everything.

watching romantic movies but never admits it.
The kind of girl who dreams about falling in love
but locks the door when love comes and knocks.
The kind of girl who doesn’t slap make up on face
but is silently insecure.
The kind of girl who watches horror movies but closes eyes
at embarrassing scenes.
The kind of girl who loves travelling
but is afraid of driving.
The kind of girl who feels alone in the crowd
but still keeps composure.
The kind of girl with a messed up head and fussy thoughts
with absurd food craving and mental state that
toggles between depression and normal mood.
I am that weirdo who feels lost.

Determination
Determination is the positive feeling in us that helps us overcome any obstacle and reach our goal. Determination motivates us to go on further & not to stop. According to Thomas Edison, the inventor of light, when he failed thousand times, he said, ‘I have not failed! I’ve just found 1000 ways that wouldn’t work.’ Many more such great people didn’t stop but reached their goal with their sheer determination.
Many times some horrific setbacks lead people to be determined and live the best of their life. I would like to share my daughter’s story with you all where she showed her determination and achieved her goal. My daughter Vaishali was not so good in her studies, especially her Science & Math. She was also not good at Sports. She never participated in games. She always sat under the tree chatting with her friends under the tree.
Her turning point in her life came after her results of Class X. After that, she was determined to prove herself. She started participating in games and reached State Level in Badminton. She represented JNVU University at College Level. She joined NCC and participated in Republic Parade at Jaipur. It was all because she was determined to prove herself. She worked hard not only in Sports but also in Academics. She secured first division in Class XII & graduated. In her MBA, she secured distinction. She also became the Head Girl in her school and received the trophy of Excellence in Skill. With her hard work, perseverance & determination, she pushed herself to reach her goal.
It is rightly said that determination motivates us to improve ourselves, make positive changes in our lives, and increase our chances of success. It enables us to build dreams, live healthier lives, and strengthen our relationships with others.
